STANLEY HOTEL & RESORT PVT LTD is a private limited company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956. The company is incorporated on 01.08.2011 with the object to operate the hotels, resorts, restaurants, bar, and banquets in various cities of high potential.
ITC Fortune Stanley Hotel & Resort Pvt Ltd has decided to commence its hotel business from AJMER, Rajasthan. Company is going to purchase the property admeasuring approx. 63000 Sq. Ft. in City Square MALL AJMER. City Square Mall has been developed by SHRIJI GROUP and it has also executed the Management Agreement and Operating Agreement with ITC Fortune chain of Asia. The aforesaid agreements are transferable.
We have hotel and mall at the same land parcel , but hotel has its dedicated facilities like BOH , Parking and Services area with dedicated entry and exit points .
